Ongoing Projects

Boring of large-sized shafts to great depths (more than 3 km)

The aim of the project is to achieve a relevant thermal gradient and place technical equipment and systems for collecting thermal energy in the given environment;

Creating tunnels to great depths (more than 3 km)

The aim of the project is deep mining of minerals and the placement of technical equipment and systems for their processing in the given environment;

Research of non-rotary drilling technologies

The aim of the project is to investigate the penetration of the Earth’s crust – a potential rock disruption by means of an electric pulse, and cost reduction by 70 % per 1 m 3 mined compared to rotary drilling;

Research of technologies for creation of controlled cracks in crystalline rock

The aim of the project is to create large-area heat exchangers inpetrothermal geological environment;

Research of technologies for creation of large-scale deep reservoirs of liquids, gases, etc., in impermeable crystalline rocks and sediments

The aim of the project is to create underground repositories through pulse techniques and block mining systems in petrothermal geologicalenvironment;

The aim is also to utilize the tunneling method in combination with nuclear waste storage;

Research of thermal and electric energy storage device integration possibilities

The aim is to eliminate dependence on central production of energy (thermal and electrical) through the so called energy tandem;

Research of stationary electric accumulator localization possibilities in petrothermal environment

The aim is to create stationary electric batteries in the Earth’s crust based on the knowledge of medium-temperature accumulation of electrical energy

Research of energy collection and storage systems in hydrothermal environment

The aim is to eliminate dependence on central production of energy (thermal and electrical) through the so called energy tandem;

Research of seasonal energy storage systems

The aim is to provide the possibility for future prosumers (energy producers and consumers)

Research of groundwater energy collection systems

The aim is to reduce the total cost of residential construction by integrating active hollow piles into the foundation elements of the construction
